Advance Payment and Cancellation Policies

Wonderfulday allows providers to choose between different advance payment and cancellation policies. The policy is presented with each individual provider and must be accepted at booking.
  • You can always cancel your booking within 48 hours and receive a full refund, but always no later than 7 days before the booking.
  • After 48 hours, the cancellation policy specified at the time of booking will apply.
  • Cancellations can be made via the platform or by contacting Wonderfulday.
  • The cancellation policy can be waived in certain cases with mitigating circumstances or in the event of a breach of Wonderfulday's terms of service.
  • If you have questions about the cancellation policy, it is recommended that you first consult with the provider or Wonderfulday prior to your booking.
